Corporate Village, near the Brussels Airport and the motorway ring is a unique office complex built in stages. A total of 6 office buildings were planned, each with 6 to 11 above ground levels, at the same site as an existing 5 star hotel. VK was responsible for the engineering on the project.

All the offices are air conditioned with cooling ceilings and ventilated with humidified air. A double active facade with sun blinds reduces the need for cooling. This combination ensures a pleasant temperature, healthy air quality, and low energy consumption.

The buildings are equipped with a sufficient number of lifts, so that the demand for vertical transport of people and goods is met.

The techniques used are managed via a central dispatch, including fire alarm panel, central lift management, and climate control.
