A new urban district is being put up at the site of the former Ixelles Military Hospital. The project has a mixed function, with 30,000 m² of office space, and 915 housing units.

The living area consists of 40 buildings. This avoids a massive impression, and allows the project to be better integrated into the neighborhood. The buildings are spread across 253 public housing units, 422 apartments at a fixed price, and 260 apartments available at uncontrolled prices. An important portion of the residential blocks encircle a leisure area with shops. Thus, the new complex is firmly anchored in the existing neighborhood.
