The two new Finis Terrae coastal apartments are beautifully situated. Located near the Zwin nature reserve and the coastline, they offer a fantastic view. The sites consist of 48 spacious apartments, including 12 ground floor duplexes with spacious terraces. A private swimming pool with a sauna and fitness area has been incorporated at garden level. Ample underground parking has been provided, with some 41 one-car, 31 two-car, 6 three-car, and 7 four-car garages. The design sports a contemporary architecture with plenty of attention to light, air and the environment. VK was responsible for the custom engineering work.

All apartments have advanced technical facilities, providing a high level of comfort. Heating is done by a combination of floor heating, decorative radiators and floor convectors. Cooling is provided by means of chilled ceilings. A balanced and integrated ventilation system allows for fresh air. Central firing spaces provide heat for heating and the production of domestic hot water. Moreover, sophisticated acoustic and thermal insulation reduces the energy needs.
