In a landscape park, measuring 7 hectares a new urban district is being built, where housing is mixed with office space. Incorporating 150 homes and 800 apartments, Gardens of Jette constitutes one of Brussels' most important residential districts. In the rolling countryside the buildings level out the differences in level of the grounds. The higher buildings are placed in the lower zone, while the lower buildings and homes are built on more elevated grounds. VK was responsible for the structural part of this design.
