The "Premium" project provides the canal region of Brussels with a new impetus. The revitalisation of the area had already begun by the renovation of the Tour & Taxis building.

“Premium” will, at a height of 140 meters, be the highest residential tower in Belgium. The design consists of 50,000 m² of residential development, and 30,000 m² of office space. At 1.25 acres, 800 residents will be living together with 2,500 employees. The project is further complemented by an entertainment center with shops, a swimming pool, spa, gym, and cinema. The top floor will be fitted with an observation terrace. All this is being planned into a "green lung" measuring 6,600 m², converting the district into a vibrant entity.

VK is responsible for the engineering of the project: stability studies, custom engineering work and infrastructure.
