VK has taken over IBH in 2010, a Belgian Waste-to-Energy engineering company, in 2010. VK has launched an ambitious Strategic Businessplan in which it engages itself to participate in the new green industrial revolution. The partnership with IBH is a first significant step in this plan. The Company IBH has been set up in Brussels in 1977 with the name of « Bureau d’Ingénierie Bourgeois et Harris ». IBH provides services in the field of the Environment and is specialized to develop general studies and engineering projects in relation with the management of solid waste. IBH is basically a firm of consulting engineers that extended its scope of activity broadening the range of services to the development of management plans and programmes, project feasibility studies, basic engineering of waste management projects, cost control and technical control of the works and supervision of project operation. The office has been installed in Lasne (Brabant Province). Consulting services have been undertaken by IBH in Belgium, Europe, Africa and Asia. Clients are generally public authorities, public/private companies and international organisations.
