VK Architects & Engineers has taken over the Luxembourgian engineering firm BETIC. With this acquisition, VK is further strengthening its international growth ambitions. After the acquisition of EDV, Stedec and the Dutch company Infranea, Betic is the fourth acquisition in 5 years.
Only founded in 2000, BETIC can look back on an impressive track over the past two decades. The agency, headed by Gilles Christnach and David Determe, has a very diverse portfolio of buildings and works for both public and private clients and developers. 55 experienced engineers in building technology work from its offices in Dippach (Lux).
VK and BETIC are geographically complementary and thus combine their joint ambitions in their further growth and development.
David Determe and Gilles Christnach will join the VK executive committee and contribute to further growth.
After this acquisition, VK Architects & Engineers has 400 in-house experts and realises a turnover of 45 million euros.
