These new assembly halls make up a uniform ensemble with the rest of the industrial site. At the same time, a light strip provides an individual approach. Well thought-out landscaping provides visual shielding for the neighbours and promotes biodiversity.

To minimise the impact of the new halls on the landscape and the surroundings, planting is provided all around.
The partnership between VK and Kopal goes back many years. VK has designed and realised several projects for the market leader in Belgium of metal fences and gates. This new project concerns an expansion of 8,000 m², spread over two new halls. Hall 7 and 8 are intended for assembly and are connected to each other.
The new halls will be realized separately from the existing halls, but they will fit in architecturally as much as possible for a uniform overall design. Silver-grey facades of metal profiled sheets alternate with green gates. A lighting strip marks the west facade.
To minimise the impact of the new halls on the landscape and the surroundings, planting is provided all around. Solitary trees and linear planting of native species serve as an extension of the surrounding polder landscape on to the site. An embankment is dotted with a native flower mixture for greater biodiversity. At the same time, the landscaping visually shields the halls for the immediate neighbours.
